Mr. York's ten years of environmental engineering work includes remedial system design and installation (soil vapor extraction, air sparging, enhanced biodegredation, and dual extraction), technologies testing, and technical report preparation. Project experience includes:

Regulatory negotiation and development of corrective action measures for several sites throughout California, Oregon, and Alaska.
Investigation and remediation of commercial and government properties impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons. Work included field studies (remedial technology testing), work plan preparation, remedial action plan and corrective action plan preparation, financial planning and cost control, data evaluation, system design and calculations, permitting, construction bidding, equipment specification and acquisition, construction management, remedial system commissioning and start-up, operation and maintenance, and remediation performance reporting.
