We specialize in getting a case to closure and we are always happy to talk about our success; however, our first step is to have a frank conversation regarding what case closure is and what it takes to achieve that goal. RRM staff has over 25 years of experience in pursuing case closures, whether taking sites from discovery to closure or picking up somewhere along the way. We believe a frank understanding of closure and what it takes to get there provides stakeholders with the information necessary to not only make short-term decisions but also engage in moderate to long-term planning.
We recognize that free use of property, capital cost, cash flow, and financing are important factors in moving toward closure. Sometimes, near-term closure is not practically achievable, and priorities other than closure take precedence. Ultimately, we look for a pathway to closure that is in the best interest of our clients, not necessarily the regulatory community.
